Oil sampler

Dear Mrs. Jennifer Beal,

sorry I am not sure if you are the correct person for the problem with the oil well in the gulf.

If not please forward this email to the rigth department.

I delveloped an device for sample oil in the sea after an oil accident and try since 10.05.2010 to contact BP. The only answer see below.

With my device is it possible to collect up to 100% of the oil.

The new trial from BP with a hood is not the correct way to solve the problem. With the new hood is it at the begin possible to collect up to around 70% but the pipe will block after a while and all oil flow than again in the sea.
The reason for the blockage is frezing Methan and sticky oil.

BP cut the pipe over the oil well begin of this week.
After cutting the pipe is the oil output of the well much more, maybe up 2 to 5 times more.

It is posible to install my device without the need to cut the pipe and the risk with the increased oil flow.

I showed the design of my device to engineers of BAE Systems and all say "Yes that workes"

Is it for you posible to make pressure on BP to contact me.

For me is it in the moment (for the next few month) not allowed to publish details about my device, otherwise I lose my right on a patent.

Message to BP:
Temporary solution: Start again the pumps from Top Kill and pump water down. This water reduce the oil flow up to 100%

(Sorry for my bad english)

Best Regards

Hello Horizon Support Team,

thank you so much for the standart answer on my several emails.
This email show me that nobody in your team read and understand my emails. With your ignoranz against help from outside lose BP several 100 millions of $, maybe several billions if you include the costs for the pollution of the environment.
The shareholders, insurance companies and a lot more will thank you for this attitude with a lot of claims for compensation. Maybe a few of your team have than for this culpable negligence a nice time in an US jail.

With my device is it posible to remove the oil without problems with frozen Methan, oil lumps and deposite of oil in the pipes.
For me is it in the moment (for the next few month) not allowed to publish details about my device, otherwise I lose my right on a patent.
Maybe your lawyer know a way to handle the details to BP without a lost for a right on a international patent.

I hope I receive soon a answer from your team.
I send later a copy of my collected correspontance to several other organisations like US government, shareholders, newspapers, TV and a few others.

To my person:
I am since 20 years selfimployed and worked in this time nearly worldwide in the chemical and in the defence industrie.

Best Regards
