Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

 I try now since Friday 30.03.2012 to contact TOTAL and propose my help to close the gas-leak on the Elgin platform.

I designed a unit to stop the gas-leak on the Elgin platform in a save, fast and simple way. It takes with this unit just a few days to stop the gas flow.

The first action plan of Total (Top-Kill) is to dangerous and only with personal on the platform possible. It is a crime to sent people to the platform with the existing risk of an explosion. The flare is off, but there is still an auto ignition system operating.

The second action plan with the two relief wells takes far to long. The risk of an explosion ignited from a lightning during a thunderstorm or other reasons is close to 100%.

It is an awful mistake to believe the specialist of BP. This specialist wasted in the gulf of Mexico 40.000.000.000 Dollars.

 

I received up to now not one answer. Total wasted in this time far over 5 million €.

 

Be sure I press together with other shareholders charges against the management and board of management. To ignore help for solve the Elgin gas-leak is an malversation of capital.

The insurance company pay nothing if the management ignore the help.

Total is against the insurance committed to do all possible to reduce the damage.

I hope I hear soon something from Total or from the partners.
